"Earlier this year while investigating the possibilities of refinancing our home I had the good luck of having Travis Kelley answer the phone when I called ENG Lending. ENG was the third financial company that I had called. The first two I spoke with were unsure of the new means available for refinancing homes that were currently valued at less than the mortgage on them. "Hello, My name is Marion and my husband is Bob. We had the pleasure of working with Travis Kelly for our home refinance. I contacted his company because of a direct mail solicitation stating interest had dropped and was really just gathering information at the time and not sure that was the best thing for us to do. I had also called and talked to Wells Fargo who had our current mortgage. I can say I wasn’t unhappy with them, and the woman I talked to was nice at Wells Fargo but we just felt like a part of a big mass of people. They were difficult to get a call back from. Travis was very nice also and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the HARP program. His rate was better, but we are seniors and cautious about working with someone we haven’t met. We chose to work with Travis because of his professionalism and were sure glad we did. I could call or e-mail Travis when I had a question. He was prompt sending the documents we needed to complete and return and he always updated us on the status of our loan. We always knew where we were in the process. Our loan closed as we expected, there were no surprises and the closing attorney came to our home. I don’t think you can ask for more. The customer service was great, and Travis knew his business. We were able to lower our rate, which saved us almost $300 a month. I have told my daughter about our experience and also a couple of friends. I expect he will be getting some calls from them soon."
